Project: Sobroan Park, Lincoln
Date completed: Late 2008
Location: Dunkirk Road, Lincoln
Description: the scheme involved bringing 10 acres of wasteland within the city boundary back into beneficial use. Historically it had been army barracks and had a real connection with the forces serving in the first world war.
The scheme was broken down into phases but ultimately became a residential scheme comprising 175 houses and 36 apartments.
To facilitate this we had to relocate a working mans snooker club from a very dilapidated Victorian Barracks building to a new purpose built facility across the road on land we purchased specifically for the purpose. This then allowed the demolition of the barracks building to open the site up.
