The company’s expertise here is in the affordable housing sector. We identify opportunities both off and on market, purchase the land and/or buildings and work a scheme through the planning process. We have a particular expertise in bringing forward rural exception sites for ‘all affordable’ housing. Part of our offer (through our JV partner The Lindum Group) is to build out the scheme as a turnkey project.

We do consider speculative house building but generally as an adjunct and to facilitate an affordable housing scheme.

Our core area for development activity has historically been the East and West Midlands but increasingly working in the South and East.
